Single released on October 16, 2026 · Audio: 12 PM · Visualizer: 7 PM (Mainland Portugal)
After her debut album “FÉNIX”, Inês Xará released “Meu Bem” on October 16, 2026, a new single that opens up space for a brighter, sunnier side of her musical universe. The singer and songwriter from Oliveira de Azeméis brings her pop identity closer to tropical, engaging, and rhythmic sounds in a song that celebrates presence, affection, and the desire to prolong the moments that make us happy. The single was released at 12 PM and the visualizer premiered at 7 PM on the same day.
Between the longing for someone far away and the desire for an endless embrace, “Meu Bem” stems from a simple idea: some dreams are not enough when we don’t have the people we love most by our side. The expression «sabe a pouco sonhar» (“dreaming is not enough”) becomes the common thread of a song about the importance of being present, sharing life, and recognizing our most precious treasures in the people we love.
«I think there are things that only make sense when we think of someone. “Meu Bem” was born from that desire to be closer to my people, to live life more, and to make the most of the time we have together. Because, deep down, my treasure is my people. And, without them, even the most beautiful dreams feel like they’re not enough.» — Inês Xará
With music, lyrics, and vocals by Inês Xará, “Meu Bem” features music production, mixing, and mastering by João Xará and is produced by FREE YOUR SOUL — Music & Audiovisual Productions. The visualizer was also created by the artist, reinforcing the connection between music and audiovisuals that characterizes her career. This time, however, the approach is more spontaneous and uncomplicated: the images were captured with a smartphone throughout the summer of 2026, without formal production, preserving the naturalness of the moments and the essence of the song. The single’s cover art was also illustrated and designed by the artist herself.
After the emotional intensity of “FÉNIX”, “Meu Bem” reveals a new color in the artist’s musical palette, without giving up the personal songwriting and sensitivity that run through her work. With summer as a backdrop, the song invites us to slow down, enjoy small pleasures, and hold on to memories that, no matter how beautiful, always seem to fall short. Because, in the end, it is the encounters, the hugs, and the time lived with those we love that give meaning to our days.
Inês Xará’s journey has also taken her to the stage, with sold-out performances at Café Concerto do TeMA, in Oliveira de Azeméis, and at the Auditorium of the Junta de Freguesia de São Roque, where she publicly presented her album “FÉNIX”. The artist also performed at Sons À Porta, an initiative by the Junta de Freguesia de São João da Madeira. Her repertoire comes to life in different formats, from acoustic duets to full band concerts.
